If you have already or are planning to purchase a cellular data module from Baseline for your BaseStation 3200 family controller, you can download and fax in the form below to pre-activate your service.  If we receive the form at least three days prior to shipment, Baseline will pre-configure your cellular module at the factory for no charge  - you can plug in your module and be ready to go!
